After the order is concluded, it is not possible to change the delivery address. If you have provided the wrong address, please contact our Customer Service Center (support@delirec.com) and request the cancellation of the purchase. Important: This cancellation is only possible if the product has not yet left the Distribution Center.

 

After making the cancellation, update the delivery address in your account.

 

To change the address:

1. Click Login in the upper right corner and enter your login information (e-mail or CPF) and password;

2. Click on "Addresses";

3. Make the desired changes and click Save Changes.
