Withdrawal/Refusal: the deadline is up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product;

 

Damage (breakage): If your product presents some damage (breakage) you should  ideally refuse the product upon delivery. If the product has been received you can request an exchange or refund by sending a photo of the damaged product and packaging to the e-mail support@delirec.com within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product;

 

Technical or manufacturing defect: the deadline is up to 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. After the period of 30 (thirty) days, the customer must request a solution to the problem from the manufacturer's technical assistance. If the manufacturer does not solve the problem within 30 (thirty) days and the customer presents a document from the manufacturer proving that the deadline has been exceeded, the customer may choose to replace the product (or its equivalent if it is no longer available), refund the amount paid, or get a proportional price reduction.

 

Product not in accordance with the order made: refuse the product at the time of delivery or request the exchange / return within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product; 

You must contact our Customer Service Center via e-mail to request the exchange or return of the product. The deadline for a return from our Call Center is 48 working hours.
